when your spouse is deployed,
and comm is few and far between,
and there is serious discontent in several parts of the world,
do you ever just sit and wonder,
'what the heck is he doing right now?'

YES! And was much as I would try not to worry, I still did.
one of the main reasons I'm so happy we don't have a TV! I hted thelast deployment seeing things on the news all the time and just wondering. It's natural, but the media incites extra worry.
I wonder ALL the time.
I am starting to worry alot because they are due to cross the Suez Canal at some point! I just have to realize that this is out of my hands and worrying is not going to change the outcome, it'll just give me high blood pressure!
figuring out how not to worry is a real skill set! i'm still working on it, but the curiosity is acute, especially when you don't hear from them.
